FAQ
A student's graduation date is their last day of class--and different than the Commencement Ceremony Date. The commencement ceremonies only happen 3 times a year, so some might have the ceremony before or after their last day of class/externship.
Is the Graduation Livestreamed for virtual guests? We are working on Having this on Facebook Live--more details to follow.
I RSVP'd but didn't get my Tickets! After a RSVP is submitted You will have to pick up your printed from Campus. Contact our Librarian, for details.
I didn't RSVP by the deadline! Can I still attend? Contact our Librarian, we will determine the next steps for you.
Tickets & Extra tickets-4 tickets are provided to each graduating student--they'll be printed to be picked up at the campus the week of the ceremony or held at will call to be picked up the day of the ceremony--you will receive an email with all the details once you RSVP-seating is limited so extra tickets are not possible.
Handicap Accessibility--The Venue does offer a handicap accessible entrance to the venue and designated seating area---please contact staff member when you arrive for guidance
Cap & Gown--Graduates must wear a gown to walk across the stage--don't delay order ahead either from our Jostens link or from Amazon. The campus does not have extra or sell these--they will have to be purchased/ordered from a seller.
My Cap & Gown Shipping is delayed! Still Come to the ceremony--we can usually ask another grad to lend their gown so you can walk across the stage--We'll coordinate with you when you check in with your supervisor. Degree/Diploma/Awards--No Degrees/Diplomas/Awards are distributed during/after the ceremony--Space and venue restrictions prevent this. Just contact the campus to coordinate picking up these items.
When Will I get my Diploma/Degree? --After your last day of class--it can take up to a month for us to receive your printed degree/diploma. We hold in our office until we receive your graduate checklist paperwork. Once you are cleared by all departments, you have the option to pick up your item, or have it mailed to your address.
