Tickets sent to the email provided in the RSVP--space is limited only 4 guests per grad
Doors to venue open at 6:30pm the evening of the ceremony, Ceremony starts promptly at 7:30pm
Seating is general admission.
Handicap accessibility is available
Doors will open one hour prior to the ceremony, at 6:30pm
Graduates will arrive earlier, if they want to participate in group photos
Latecomers arriving after the ceremonies have started, will be seated at the commencement staff's discretion.
Strollers are not allowed inside the auditorium.
Air horns, large banners, balloons and other distracting items are prohibited in the ceremony auditorium and may be confiscated.

Etiquette & Decorum
Commencement is a milestone that should be celebrated appropriately. We ask that all graduates and guests respect the importance and dignity of this occasion, and celebrate in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or diminish the experiences of others. We are guests of Trinity High School and must adhere to their institution's guidelines, rules, and safety protocols.
Plan to stay seated for the entire ceremony.
Do not obstruct aisles.
Place electronic devices (cell phones, iPads, gaming devices, etc.) on vibrate or silent mode.
Large balloon bouquets or banners that obstruct the view of others are prohibited.
Refrain from extended applause or cheers that "drown out" the name of the next graduate. All graduates deserve equal recognition for their accomplishments.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the premises.
Guests will exit the auditorium quickly and safely after the ceremony and meet their graduates outside the building
For fire safety--the lobby area cannot be used for photos--these must be taken outside.
NO NOISEMAKING DEVICES
Noisemaking devices are prohibited. Possession of noisemaking devices, especially air horns, may result in removal from the premises. Consideration for the safety and welfare of all attendees is a priority.

PROCESS FOR THE CEREMONY for Guests
Guests will enter the main doors at the Auditorium entrance. The doors are unlocked and opened at 6:30pm--if you arrive before 6:30pm you'll have to wait outside.
Please have your ticket QR code ready to be scanned.
Once your ticket has been scanned you may enter the auditorium--there is main level seating and balcony seating available.
The ceremony typically takes about an hour to complete.
Graduates will be processed out of the building first, by their supervisor.
Coordinate with your graduate to meet you outside the building--you must be vacated by 9pm.
After the ceremony graduates will exit the auditorium first--and coordinate to meet outside
The building lobby cannot accommodate standing room and needs to remain clear for fire safety protocols and security reasons.
