STUDENTS MUST complete RSVP form by deadline to attend and secure 4 guest tickets.
Student's responsibility to purchase cap and gown to walk the stage.

For students whose last day of class or medical internship falls between December 1st 2026 through February 2027 will be invited to this ceremony
April 29th
For students whose last day of class or medical internship falls between March 1st through April 30th 2027 will be invited to this ceremony
4 Printed guest tickets are issued after an RSVP has been received:
Printed Tickets are at the venue door the day of the ceremony for guests to pick up when they arrive.
Optional Early Ticket Pick-up: At Campus Mon, Tue, Wed before ceremony between 9am-6pm
All guests of graduates, including children are required to have tickets for admission
All guests (age 5+) require a ticket--those under the age of 5 will not have their own seat--and may sit on the lap of a guest
Deadline to RSVP is :
Each student participating in the ceremony will receive four** guest tickets. Graduates themselves do not need tickets**subject to change
REQUEST FOR EXTRA TICKETS:
EXTRA TICKETS Are usually not Available
Due to the limited seats & building safety codes Extra Tickets are not possible.
If we do have extra we will notify students a few days before the ceremony
TIME TO ARRIVE
ARRIVAL TIME FOR GRADS:
Graduates Program Group photo will be at :
6:20pm: Electrical
6:35pm: Auto
6:45pm: Welding
6:55pm: HVAC
7:05pm: Medical
ARRIVAL TIME FOR GUESTS:
Auditorium doors open at 6:30pm for your guests.
Ceremony starts promptly at 7:30PM and usually lasts an hour-Punctuality is key!!

There is a small parking lot next to the auditorium--but also street parking on all surrounding streets of the school.
